hmm

I listened to it a few times to try and figure out what you did here. Like quality wise, etc.. I think you played with the decimal too much, if thats what im hearing. It made a good intro, but you overdid it I think. Good classic cheesy epic melody, it was too short tho. Extend the chorus, lessen the effects and work on the mastering. Very good trance even tho its not all that original.

aspachi responds:

in fact i did play with the decimal too much. sorry this songs stereo was rather too scratchy i made it that way cause i like some audio scratchy sounds pimpin' to me =p. and how did you know i used a cheesy melody? thanks for the review ^_^

neat

Shows you don't need super cheesy synth leads to make good trance. Nice dimension usage :P You had some good samples in there, except I think the voices were distorted and didn't fit. You probably coulda changed it up a bit too, but overall nice trance.

R00ts responds:

Yeh the voices are seeming more and more like a here and now thing.

meh

Pretty good song... diverse, wierd and catchy in a way. I think you had way too many transitions, drops and builds, and never a constant beat/melody. It was extremely unique and diverse however, with considerably good sound quality, so ill vote 5. I highly advise you get an attitude adjustment if you want your scores to rise.

Thanks for your vote, m4ster! You voted 5 for Chutzpah - S3XM1X (MRAC 11-06), raising its score from 2.17 to 2.57.

chutzpah responds:

Haha. How mature of you. Thanks for the review I'm not only glad you like it, but that you can admit that as well. As for the attitude adjustment... I'm gonna have to pass. Only because my scores are just as bad as when I was all nice and friendly. Well... we'll see how things go with this contest.

moonwalkin babys

glitch is the answer to this song. Perhaps just place a filter on the strings or whatever, and constantly move it up and down with an auto. It would heighten the diversity, and create a more particle ambient effect. That's what makes some ambient tracks cool, the particley hallucinagetic sound effect shit lol. Then put a breakbeat in there n make the babys jump up n boogey LOL. Meh.. ive been listenin to too much goa, im not helping much here lol

itsameyayo responds:

Lolz, nice. You Goa freak : P

-Thanks for the review! This is a lullaby, so I'm not sure the baby would like glitchy :D

keeping everything together at that speed is pretty hard,, you did good. Unique synths and finally a new melody. I was personally getting tired of your melodys sounding pretty much the same, so this was refreshing. One synth sounded like it was distanced with a chorus, but it was probably just a reveerb. Whatever it was, it was sweet. Good job on this, ill hopefully get my new song out this tuesday

Anth0n responds:

I'm going to avoid making melodies that sound the same from now on. Good luck on your new song, I'm looking forward to hearing it!

Anthon-ish

Forget what the old battery power sounds like... but this is probably better. Can't wait till we collab, so I can make the next song super extreme lolz. You'll always be my favourite techno artist... so liek teh fivzors

Anth0n responds:

Yeah we need to start that collab sometime. Hopefully it will indeed turn out super extreme!

I agree with Krizzle

All percussion without any distinct beat, while a few empty (this is how I describe the whole song) snyths fade in and out. I never focused on the melody or anything other then the (in my opinion) annoying beat. The tempo change was sudden and unfitting. The quality was pretty good, altho I think you overdid the reveerbs a little too much. I would say 3/5 but I dun wanna totally copy him so 4/5 lol..

HouseMasta responds:

thanks?

wierd...

Ive heard this exact song somewheres before... and looking at the submission date I can tell this isnt the one I heard before. I hope its not stolen... but perhaps its the program you used that contains loops ive heard aleady. Everything else was pretty good tho. I advise you get FL or something

g-R

aspachi responds:

stolen? hell noooooooooooooooo dude if i did that i'd be banned and i wouldn't want that would i? anyways thankyou very much for your review i appreciate it, and do plz check out my other audio.

very good

This is really good. Thats all the words I can manage right now lololol

MaestroRage responds:

heh, awesome, thanks. Glad you liked it, thanks again for the review.

im late :(

I dunno why I always forget to review you.. lol
The drums were cool, sounded like battle drums. The 'ahhh' choir voice thing was a nice touch when everything was playing at once. Aside from there being too much bass in the whole song, the only other thing I didn't like was the bell. It didn't seem to flow with the song. The melodys and song structure was top notch tho, and definately held a war feel to it.

MaestroRage responds:

aaah, so you see the problem too. Too much bass, oh how I equalized until my eyes bled tears. I need more practice with that equalizer, to date this was the best I could do.

I liked the bell :'(

Well you're not the first to suggest it's off, so it's probably my own biasm stating this.

I'm glad you liked the track m4ster, glad to hear from you, thank you for the review!

I make goa now. I don't care about any melodys or any other shit, I only care about goa. So if you don't like goa, stop visiting my music page LOL
